Blue Projects bypasses this by forming legal JVs with established firms — we provide strategic direction and technical management, they provide financial history for qualification. This opens doors to CPPP mega-tenders, IREPS railway contracts, and SAP Ariba corporate procurement immediately.

Mega-buyers — government departments, corporate giants, PSUs — don't want to manage fifty small vendors. We position as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) or Turnkey provider, bidding to own the entire project workflow from inception to final handover. This includes technical works, data collection, manpower, field operations, and compliance — all under one accountability structure.

The Indian government mandates significant MSME procurement. Our Udyam registration gives us EMD exemption on most government tenders, prior experience relaxations, and price preference — allowing us to compete on high-value contracts as a new company. Many tender categories are reserved exclusively for MSMEs, and we actively target these across GeM, CPPP, and state portals.

Before companies like L&T, Tata Projects, or major PSUs award large contracts, suppliers must be empanelled — passing quality, safety, and technical audits to receive direct closed-bid invitations. We are systematically pursuing empanelment with Karnataka state bodies, select central PSUs, and large EPC firms to build a pipeline of invited tender opportunities alongside open portal bids.
